THIS. I can’t even count how many times I’ve discovered something I love by downloading it (like TV shows or music), and then gone out and actually purchased it. I’m not going to buy something if I don’t know if I like it. I just won’t. I think a lot of people are the same way. So, by taking away people’s ability to preview things, they’re going to lose even MORE money.
